Weber barbecue cooking courses
Registration is now open for Weber -certified barbecue cooking courses.
You will have a Weber certified grill master who will guide you step by step.
During the 3-hour course you will discover the secrets for a perfect barbecue!
The course will feature an introductory theoretical part, the theory of direct and indirect cooking, device setup, ignition and cleaning of the bbq.
Each student will receive an apron, a cookbook with the recipes of the course, and a Weber certificate at the end of the course.
BBQ Introduction course.
The course will take place on 01.05.2021 and will start at 9.30 .
During the 3 hours of the course the following recipes will be prepared:
- The Perfect Burger
- chicken steak with almond chips
- Grilled sausages with horseradish white sauce
- Crispy grilled radicchio
- Oops… I dropped fruit in the barbecue!
Made in Italy BBQ course.
The course will take place on 01.05.2021 and will start at 2.00 pm.
During the 3 hours of the course the following recipes will be prepared:
- Barbecue pizza
- Pork shank with beer and barbecue potatoes
- Pork
- Grilled rib eye steak with herb butter
- Summer scented sandblasted vegetables

The area dedicated to the courses is equipped and remains in the open area.
The area will be organized in accordance with all the provisions in force to combat the contagion from Covid-19 and will be carried out only when the minimum number of subscribers is reached. In case of failure to reach the course will be canceled and the amount paid for registration will be returned.
Important: in the event that the member can no longer participate, we accept the cancellation and the simultaneous refund at least 15 days before the date of the course, provided that the registrations have not already been closed due to the exhaustion of available places. After this date or in case of early closure of registrations, it will no longer be possible to refund the registration fee.
