Refund policy
Pursuant to art. 52 and ss. of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) the customer has the right to withdraw in whole or in part from the stipulated contract, without indicating the reason or giving justification, within the terms and in the manner indicated below.
Terms
The withdrawal must be communicated to Iperverde within 14 calendar days, starting from the date of receipt of the goods, provided that the same is intact, resalable and placed in the original packaging.
Procedures for exercising the right of withdrawal
There is no formality for exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer who intends to make use of it must send a specific declaration to the following e-mail address eshop@iperverde.it , within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
To facilitate the operations concerning the withdrawal, the customer must communicate the order number and the product / s for which he intends to exercise the withdrawal.
The burden of proof relating to sending within the terms of the notice of withdrawal remains with the customer
Effects and costs resulting from the exercise of the right of withdrawal
Following the exercise of the right of withdrawal:
- The Customer is entitled to reimbursement of all payments made, including delivery costs, except for additional costs determined by specific choices of the Customer. The refund will be made by Iperverde using the same payment method used by the customer when placing the order, without delay.
- Iperverde has the right to withhold the refund as long as the goods have not been returned by the Customer.
- The Customer is obliged to return the Products to Iperverde directly at the warehouses in Castione Andevenno (SO), via Andevenno 1, the return must take place within 14 calendar days from the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the deadline is to be considered respected if the customer sends the goods before the expiry of the 14 days.
- The costs for returning the products are charged to the customer.
- The customer is only responsible for the decrease in value of the product that it derives from manipulation or use of the Product other than those required to verify its nature, characteristics and functioning. The Consumer must in any case keep and handle the Product with diligence and return it intact, complete with all its parts and / or accessories as well as the illustrative sheets and instructions, labels as well as with the original intact packaging.

In the event that the Product for which the Consumer has exercised the withdrawal has suffered a decrease in value resulting from a manipulation other than that necessary to verify its nature and characteristics and / or functioning, a correlative amount will be deducted from that of the reimbursement, providing the same
Exclusions from the right of withdrawal the right of withdrawal is excluded in the following cases - service contracts after the complete provision of the service if the execution has begun with the express agreement of the consumer and with the acceptance of the loss of the right of withdrawal following the full execution of the online sales contract by the Seller ;
- the supply of goods or services whose price is linked to fluctuations in the financial market that the Seller is unable to control and which may occur during the withdrawal period;
- the supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized;
- the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons or related to health protection and have been opened after delivery;
- the supply of goods which, after delivery, are, by their nature, inseparably mixed with other goods;
- the supply of sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer software that have been unsealed after delivery;
- the supply of newspapers, periodicals and magazines with the exception of subscription contracts for the supply of such publications;
- the supply of digital content through a non-material support if the execution has begun with the express agreement of the consumer and with his acceptance of the fact that in this case he would have lost the right of withdrawal.
